Refund and Returns Policy
Theax believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy, under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- Theax does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the Theax, it’ll take 30 – 31 days from the date of initiation of refund to be processed to the end customer.

- We offer users a one (1) – day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on our all-live training (excluding the 2 days workshops.)
- The refund should be claimed within 2 days of registration.
- No such request will be entertained after 2 days.

- The 1-day, No Question Refund policy stands null in the following scenarios:
- Any kind of content is downloaded from theax’s learning management system.
- If you watch more than 1 class recordings from theax’s learning management system.
- If we believe that you are abusing our refund policy, it will be our sole discretion to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of company products, without any liability to you.
- The company reserves the absolute right to revise these terms without prior notice to you other than by posting revised terms on the website.
- Post 1 day, as per refund policy, further EMIs will not be canceled in the case of RazorPay EMI.
- To request a refund, please raise a support ticket from your Theax Log in.
- There are limited seats available in any of our Live-online classes. Theax may not be able to accommodate any batch shift requests in case of the unavailability of seats. In such cases, Theax will provide options to join other batches where seats are available.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items : Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
